Feyter Group, which has its head office at Mr. F.J. Haarmanweg 17, 4538 AM Terneuzen, Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Feyter Group exercises due care in handling stored personal data, such as names and email addresses. We do not sell email addresses or other personally identifiable data, and only use third-party software for storing and analysing company and personal data. We have in place a processor’s agreement with these third parties, thereby guaranteeing that your personal data will be stored securely and will not be sold for advertising purposes. The small amount of personal data collected by Feyter Group, such as names and email addresses, is required for contacting you personally for contractual and marketing purposes. We will also exercise due care in handling data that are sent to us via contact forms or by email. These data will be treated as confidential information.

We enter into a processor's agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality with respect to your personal data. However, responsibility for such processing will continue to rest with Feyter Group.

    The following cookies are placed for the embedding and use of the Zoho SalesIQ Live Chat:
    • LS_CSRF_TOKEN - This cookie is placed in a visitor's browser for security reasons in order to prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks on the visitor’s requests. It helps you avoid being misled by malicious requests from malware and bots.
       
    • e3de1f7d42 - Is used to implement IP stickiness, i.e.: to decide to which server the request should be routed in order to avoid server overload.
       
    • sipartners-_zldp – This cookie is used to identify a visitor so we can group all of their previous visits and actions together under a single "profile". The value/date is encrypted to prevent non-Zoho services from seeing or misusing it. This cookie expires in two years.
       
    • sipartners-_zldt - This cookie expires in one day. It is used to count the number of times a user visits the website and does not play any role in visitor identification. This cookie does not contain any data that uniquely identifies the visitor.

We use MailChimp software for sending newsletters. We share personal data with MailChimp in order to send personalised emails. Feyter Group has a processor's agreement with MailChimp establishing how the collected data are handled. We have not agreed to MailChimp using the information obtained from us for other services. However, MailChimp may provide information to third parties if it is legally required to do so. We have no influence on this.

SECURITY

Feyter Group takes the protection of your personal data seriously and uses appropriate measures to protect your personal data from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, disclosure and unauthorised modification. The Feyter Group websites using cookies have an SSL certificate (recognisable by the HTTPS preceding the web address in the URL). SSL is a technology that secures the connection between a website visitor and the server where the website is accommodated using very strong encryption.

Feyter Group has processor's agreements with the third parties - Zoho CRM and MailChimp - with whom we share personal data, establishing how the collected data are handled.
